Prices and Tickets
How much does it cost?
Each person who wants to ride the Lake Maggiore ZIPline must have their own ticket (one per person).
When buying the ticket, no distinction is made between solo or pair rides. You can choose what kind of ride you’d like at the start – there’s no need to decide in advance.
There’s no minimum age, but the minimum height to ride is 120 cm. Visit our FAQ section for full details about weight and height restrictions, as well as information for children under 18.

We recommend booking the date and time of your ZIPline ride, as there are limited places in each time slot.
This helps to avoid long waits and unnecessary queues: you’ll be guaranteed a ride during the time slot you’ve booked.
To pre-book, buy your ticket online now and check the availability of days and time slots, updated in real time. You’ll be redirected to Vivaticket, where you’ll need to register to proceed with your purchase.

- Without a pre-booking, we cannot guarantee availability or wait times.
- Even if you already have an open-dated ticket (the “GIVE THE GIFT OF FLIGHT” voucher), you must book the date and time when you want to use the ticket.

We strongly recommend booking your date and time slot to avoid long queues or wait times.
If you buy your tickets online, you can see the calendar and availability updated in real time. Choose the date and slot that suits you.
Pre-booking also means we can notify you in advance of bad weather or interruptions to the service.

One cable, two ride styles
At our site, you can choose before “takeoff” how you want to ride: Freestyle or Falcon Style, solo or as a pair.
Freestyle
With Freestyle, you can perform all the acrobatics you want!
The harness hooks on at the front, so you’re upright with your arms and legs free.
If you choose this option, you can do acrobatics to your heart’s content, or fly head down to enjoy the freedom of floating in the air.
Falcon Style
This is the one to choose if you want to dive like a hawk.
The harness hooks on at the back, so you’ll be lying face down in an aerodynamic position to hit top speed.
From 0 to over 120 kph in just a few seconds, for thrill-seekers who want speed as well as the excitement of flying.
HOW IT WORKS
Here’s all the info about how the experience unfolds
1. Check-in
Arrive at the ticket office, which is marked on Google Maps (Aurano, Alpe Segletta), half an hour before the booked time. Free parking is available. Next to the ticket office, the bar restaurant and a welcoming green space await. Children can play on the playground and mini-zipline, and non-riding visitors can wait for you here.
2. Waiver + GoPro
Fill in the waiver. You can rent a GoPro to record a video of your experience.
3. Shuttle bus
Wait until you’re called to leave on the shuttle bus, which will take you on the 20-minute journey to the departure station. You’ll depart within the time slot you booked (if you booked for 11:00, your shuttle will depart between 11:00 and 12:00).
4. Time to fly!
At the departure station, our staff will be waiting for you. Now it’s time to choose your ride style (Falcon Style or Freestyle) and decide how you’re going to take on this adventure (solo or as a pair). We’ll give you all the equipment you need… 3, 2, 1, FLY!
5. The ride
Here’s where the dream becomes reality.
You’re flying at an altitude of 350 metres, at over 120 kilometres per hour!
On arrival, an automated system ensures gentle braking, while our operator welcomes you onto the platform.
6. Photos
Don’t forget to stop in at the ticket office to see the snaps taken during your experience.
